Do NOT drink any milk or eat foods containing milk, bran or high fiber for at least 24 hours before the test 2. Please do NOT have anything to eat or drink (including water) for 12 hours prior to the test. 3. Do NOT smoke, sleep or exercise vigorously right before, or at any time during the test. 4. Do NOT take any antibiotics or probiotics for two weeks prior to the test The test takes approximately 2-3 hours in the office. Please call 516.248.3737 with any questions.
